COUNTER: Inside the airport terminal in the baggage claim area. CARS: Cars are on airport property within walking distance. RETURNS: Follow signs to rental car return. Park in any Budget space, return keys and contract to rental counter for check-in. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the key drop box. The key drop box is located in front of the counter inside the terminal. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.

NO, was suppose to have SUV had Corolla. Was told to return next day for the SUV, wasted a day driving back to airport for the vehicle still not available. Settled on Corolla.

It was extremely disappointing to have to wait 90 min for my vehicle. I had a 3pm reservation and didn't receive my car until after 4:30pm. The counter agent was not helpful with explaining the delay. I made my reservation 270 days in advance, hoping an early reservation would help in getting a Jeep Wrangler, only to be disappointed again when we received a smaller Jeep Renegade.
