The Harstad pickup spot is at a gas station near the harbor, which is pretty convenient. The process was quick, and the car was easy to drive. You can connect your phone via CarPlay, so no need for a phone holder. Returning the car at the airport was also very easy. Don't throw away the envelope they give you—fill it out, put the keys inside, and drop it in if no staff are on duty.

Very good. The store location for pick-up was somewhat inaccurate—it was pointing to the back of the building, but it should have been set to the gas station nearby. Please consider correcting this.
