Counter staff was particularly helpful, competent and pleasant. I did not get the name of the lady at the counter in Pointe-à-Pitre but I wish I had so I could commend her specifically.

La personne au guichet à passé 30 minutes à essayer ... obliger un client à prendre une assurance complémentaire ! Et nous on attendait, fatigués de notre voyage !

Peu d'attente pour récupérer et rendre le vehicule. Vehicule neuf mais qui "rame" beaucoup dans les montées. Idéal pour 2 personnes
