Like: Booked a compact car and got a free upgrade to a luxury range which was a brand new mini cooper! Excellent customer service at pick up and drop off, fast and efficient.
Dislike: The shuttle bus from Heathrow T4 to car rental during pick up and drop off, took over 1 hour each way. Distance is not far but due to the multiple stops at hotels/locations, it took over 1 hour. I was nearly late for my flight.

Unclear booking process. Took 2 hours to get the car. Firstly we were advised to stay in the wrong queue. Upon getting to the top of the queue we were told the booking was not in the system. It then took over 15 minutes to rectify this issue, and there was no explanation what had happened, even though we were repeatedly asked if we were sure we hadn’t cancelled the booking, despite have a booking confirmation with us. The Company then refused to use the credit card used for the booking to cover the deposit nor would they take google pay with the driver’s name which resulted in an extra cost of £111. This was not a good customer experience and I would not recommend this service to others

First of all, I booked an auto large car with air con. , a Volvo V60 or similar capable to store 3 large luggages.I was given a SUV instead and they said is similar class which I had doubt and queried, but I was given the same answer. Anyway, the bad experience start at the second day of the trip, the car was parked in the sun for 1.5 hours and we put on the air con and couldn't cool down the temp at all and we start wondering why? Anyway, same happen the next day. We called the number on the rental agreement and they said they are only the car provider and the car hire contract is not with them. They asked me to contact the company that I signed the contract with.Then I looked up the reservation confirmation email and email them the problem and then somebody called me back and said where I was, Bristol, has a replacement car which was a manual small toyota. I told them this is totally different from what I booked and can't service my needs. Then they gave me another option - asked me to take it to car dealer Renault to have it check and fix. So I did, took it in and the prelim. check result was no gas in the air con. system and need a full re-check on next day. Final report came out on next day and found a pipe is leaking, but they don't have the parts need ordering from France. So I lost almost 2 days without the car and my time lost looking after this on behalf of the car supplier. All the record was sent via email to your supporting emailing system. For the rest of the trip, there was no other options offered to me and the whole family suffered tremendous uncomfortable heat and no rest in the car. We even had to cancelled a few long trips particularly our desirable trip to Scotland. I paid more to book a car with unlimited mileage and it didn't come in use because there is no air con in the car and under hot temp. Image driving 7 hours each way in that condition. Anyway, I am writing for serious compensation for full refund as it had ruined my whole family trip

Cheapest isn’t always best

Unfortunately, I think the car needed a bit of tuning and servicing.

Car was good but had not been cleaned inside or out. Location is very hard to find on return. Google and website needs updating! Staff were excellent.

I put the lowest points possible for each category in order to stop anyone else form going through what i went through. I fact the car was okish, and the ease of drop off was fine. The pick up was a bloody nightmare, with a bullying man trying to upsell me Insurance which i didn't need, getting very loud when i finally refused, and as he was trying too deal with 3 other angry people at the same time, it made me very upset, after a 28 hr flight from NZ. Hi name was Krish. Never ever again will I set foot into such a shabby and shoddy business place.

many upsell for insurance, although they know I have insurance from EasyRentCars (AXA) and upsell for gas full-to-empty about 90 GBP that so expensive.

Staff is very helpful, but it takes a long time to do the paperwork because there are more than 10 customers and only 1 staff!

Fast, easy and straightforward

Car only had 1/4 of a tank petrol. Car provided was a Peugeot 3008, not a volvo xc60 as advertised.

Small company with affordable prices. The store is located inside the Sheraton Skyline Hotel, without a signboard. You can take a free bus from Heathrow Terminals 1, 2, and 3 bus station to get there. Upon returning the car, they provided a ride to the departure terminal, and the service was pretty good. I had reserved a Ford Mondeo estate but got a Toyota AUIS hybrid instead. Although it's slightly smaller than the Mondeo, it was still sufficient. The mileage was 3000 miles on the odometer, so it was a very new car. I opted for the prepaid full tank option, which cost over 86 pounds. It turned out to be a rip-off because even running the tank empty only required a refill of 45 pounds. I strongly advise against getting the prepaid full tank option. I accidentally scratched the left front wheel and the wheel rim during roadside parking. They said it needed to be replaced when I returned the car, and I was charged 420 pounds including service fees and taxes. Fortunately, I had purchased the supplementary full insurance recommended by QEEQ in China, and I was fully reimbursed. I highly recommend this as it's much more cost-effective than buying full insurance abroad.
