Pick-up Instructions

The Alamo - Malaga Costa Del Sol Airport car rental location is located out of the airport

Please contact the staff to pick you up to Alamo - Malaga Costa Del Sol Airport car rental when you arrived.

Exit the arrivals terminal. Walk along the blue line (P llegadas) on the floor. When the blue line ends, continue straight on and cross two pedestrian crossings. Make sure that the ADIF train station stays on your right. Behind the train station, you will find our blue and green shuttle bus with Alamo, Enterprise and National branding. Our driver will take you to the office.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return to our office. Our address is Avenida Comandante García Morato 22, in front of San Miguel Factory. Then take the free shuttle back to the airport.

Like: I was picked up from the airport terminal by a really professional and friendly employee. My flight arrival at Malaga airport was delayed by over an hour and opening time for Alamo/Enterprise had already passed. In spite of this, I pleasantly found that 2 of the hire company's employees waited for me and were very efficient and friendly inspite of my late arrival. They were not only past their closing time, but were extremely professional and efficient as well as very welcoming and personable. It was such a breath of fresh air being greeted by them (I'm so sorry I didn't memorize their names) after an eventful and tiring day - having left my house very early in the morning for an 8 hour shift at work, only to then rush to London St Pancras station in order to catch the 5pm service to Luton Airport and then find upon my arrival there that all trains had been cancelled. Then having travelled to Victoria Station across town to try and catch a useless coach that wasn't even stopping at the airport but in Luton Town centre instead. Eventually, when we reached the airport after a £70 uber trip, only to find that the Easy Jet flight to Malaga was delayed. Again, having been waited on, picked up and served so efficiently and warmly by the 2 Alamo employees who stayed behind over their time at work, was a breath of fresh air among so many bad experiences with other car rental companies elsewhere in Spain and beyond. Thank you guys - keep up the quality of service you have provided me with and you will have my custom for a very long time. So sorry I can't remember your names.

The only issue was that i was expecting on-airport pickup when in fact there was a mini bus to the depot which wasn’t advertised so I had no idea where to go. Having asked at many other hire companies, a taxi driver told me to wait in the bus area and a bus would possibly arrive. Everything else was first rate and I’ll still use Alamo

Alamo staff were extremely helpful. We had missed our flights and had to get to a different airport. Alamo upgraded our car to their top range. When we got to our destination we had a vehicle booked with another rental company who had given our vehicle away and charged a cancellation fee. We were so disappointed with them and decided to rent on the spot from Alamo again because of their value for money and great customer service.
