You can walk to the counter of MEX - Monterrey Airport Terminal B car rental.

After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the car rental area where you will find the Mex Rent A Car booth. Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

Average. The car rental company at Monterey Airport neither has a counter nor staff on site. It took a long time to figure out that you have to call them to arrange a pickup. The car provided was different from the one originally selected, and there were issues with the car itself, such as windows not rolling up and the sunroof not working—overall, the condition was mediocre. Additionally, if you forget to refuel, the company will charge extra for it.
