Usually, the shuttle bus will arrive around 10-15 mins. (Depending on the traffic conditions). Follow the signs for transfers and exit at door D where you will find the shuttle transfer area. The Shuttle Transfer Area is outside the AIR NEW ZEALAND Check-in Area. Please wait in the shuttle transfer area for the Best Car Rental Shuttle van and signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection.
