Upon arrival at Jeju Airport, cross the crosswalk in front of Gate 5 and proceed to the Rental Car House via the passageway on the right. ** If you do not have a driver's license, please obtain a Certificate of Driving History or call "182" on a mobile phone registered in your name to look up your license number before visiting. (Vehicle rental is not possible without a verified license.) 2. Board the shuttle (Zone 8, Seat 1) 1) Board the shuttle bus ( the bus with the rainbow or unification logo) 2) Drafting the contract Sign the contract after confirming the reservation inside the headquarters meeting lounge. Rental is available after verifying your driver's license. ** If you do not have a driver's license (if you only have a resident registration card) Please call the National Police Agency Civil Service Center at “182” between 09:00 and 18:00 on weekdays to check your driver's license number before visiting. (Only mobile phones registered in your name are accepted.) Move into the Rainbow, Tongil Rent-a-Car Integrated Meeting Lounge You can complete the contract in order through the kiosk. Fill out the contract in order, then proceed by vehicle. 3) Vehicle pickup (unmanned dispatch for all vehicles) Take possession of the vehicle at the pickup location after checking the exterior and fuel level . (When checking the interior and exterior condition, please be sure to take photos regardless of whether you have comprehensive insurance.) Upon vehicle pickup, the interior and exterior will be inspected. Vehicles with maintenance or wash defects may be replaced on-site. (If you wish to have the vehicle replaced after it has been moved, replacement is possible by visiting our headquarters; external replacement may not be available.) Pickup and return are handled only at the head office.
