OUR RENTAL COUNTER IS LOCATED 10 M ACROSS FROM THE EXIT GATE, ON THE FIRST FLOOR INSIDE THE TERMINAL BUILDING. NO SHUTTLE IS REQUIRED.

Processing was really efficient, and the counter could handle magnetic stripe credit cards. The downside is that for cross-border rentals they force you to buy their own insurance and won’t accept the policy you bought in advance from QEEQ, which makes the process a bit cumbersome. Overall though, the staff were professional, everything was clearly explained, and there were no hidden charges.
