The National - Singapore Airport car rental location is located out of the airport
From the baggage claim area go to the arriving hall of the Terminal 3. A National rental agent will be at the carousel exit door holding a sign with the customer name and the agent will drive customer to the National rental facility. Upon arrival to the facility, please proceed to the National counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.
