    We originally booked an MPV but were given an SUV instead, which they called a free upgrade. Thankfully, we noticed this because we were almost charged over 100 euros extra. It felt like they were trying to see if we wouldn't notice and charge us more. They told us there were no MPVs available, but once we completed our paperwork and started loading our luggage, we saw three European customers renting MPVs.

    Both pick-up and drop-off were very smooth. I purchased QEEQ's full insurance, and the staff did not try to upsell any additional coverage.
