The first car we got ended up with a flat on the road, and none of their cars come with spare tires, so we spent about three hours waiting for roadside assistance, going back to the branch, and swapping the vehicle. The branch didn’t have many cars available, so the lady at the counter needed some time to arrange a replacement for us. Just a heads-up: the roadside assistance and customer service staff basically don’t speak English. On the plus side, the branch doesn’t aggressively push extra insurance, and apart from the time lost changing cars, we were overall pretty satisfied.

Really happy with this rental overall. They upgraded my car to a slightly bigger Renault model I’d never seen before, it was in great condition and the whole pickup process was really quick.

Had to wait in line a bit during pickup because there were some unusual customers ahead, like those without their own credit cards or wanting to use cash as a deposit. The staff handled it all calmly. Returning the car was very smooth, with the staff completing the inspection quickly.

The service was okay, but when we went to pick up the car on the first day, they told us there were no cars available. We were supposed to pick up the car at 11 AM but had to take a taxi to the airport to get it. By the time we got the car, it was already 2 PM, which delayed our plans.

The Alamo staff were enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Miguel at the parking lot had a great attitude when I returned the car, and the young lady at the parking lot during pickup was also very friendly and patiently addressed my inquiries.

Very satisfied! The store provided us with a 9-seater van instead of a 6-seater business car. Although the vehicle was bigger, it was easy to operate, and the interior space was comfortable.

The store staff were very serious, but my 250 euros deposit was supposed to be a guarantee, not an actual charge. However, they charged me and refunded after the return, which caused a currency exchange difference that I had to bear.

Remember: The store name has changed to 'ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR' instead of 'Alamo'. It took a while to find it, but I got a free upgrade from C-class to E260. I'm extremely satisfied.
