    8 /10 Very good

    Reviewed: Tuesday, October 6, 2026

Overall pretty good, and they didn’t try to upsell any extra insurance. There was a minor hiccup though: I had booked an automatic, but when I went to pick it up they said they only had manuals left. I insisted on an automatic, so they arranged one from another location. It took a bit more time, but everything was sorted out smoothly in the end. Returning the car was very easy too, and you can do self-service returns even after office hours.

They assigned a Fiat, which is quite spacious and decent overall. The rental process was straightforward; I thought it would be complicated, but it turned out to be simple—just go, complete a quick procedure, pay, and pick up the car. During pickup, they gave a brief explanation of the car's condition, which was fine, but as a first-time renter, a more detailed introduction would have been helpful. However, I figured things out on my own later.
