Pick-up Instructions

The office is located in Piazza Duca D'Aosta 1, inside Galleria delle Carrozze (the central station's covered main entrance that provides access to the MM2 and MM3 subway lines), on the right side towards Piazza Luigi di Savoia. The parking lot is located in Via Ferrante Aporti 1: follow the Locauto/Enterprise signage and park the vehicle in the designated Locauto/Enterprise spaces. The keys will have to be delivered to our staff. Important: out of hours return is not allowed.

Drop-off Instructions

HOW TO RETURN THE CAR AT MILAN CENTRAL STATION The car park is located inside the CM7 complex of the Central Station in via Ferrante Aporti 1A. To enter, simply bring the vehicle closer to the entrance and wait for the license plate reading system until the barrier is raised. Once inside, just follow the signs for the "Locauto" car parks. Returning the vehicle in another country without prior authorization will incur in a penalty charge of 2000 EUR plus VAT and surcharges. An administration fee between 20 EUR and 60 EUR will be charged for tolls and traffic violations.

Overall, it's quite good. The car pickup point is at a corner of Milan Central Station. Look for the Blue Elephant car rental; the three companies are together there. Remember to attach a photo to the QEEQ white form, otherwise, the staff will ask you to take one, and the photo booth is at the metro transfer area of the train station. They will ask if you need insurance, but if you say you have already bought it, they won't ask again.

I gave the service 4 stars mainly for the staff at the car return location; he was really friendly and helpful. However, the staff at the pickup location had a heavy accent in English and seemed a bit impatient. Besides, they replaced our reserved car model, but the car they provided was still relatively easy to drive.
