The staff responsible for the car inspection during pickup was very meticulous in noting any issues. He also helped with luggage during dropoff and was very patient and kind. The only concern was that the pre-authorization hold was a bit high, possibly due to the car model. Hopefully, the authorization can be finalized quickly.

The car rental company did a good job overall, but they were dishonest. They initially gave me a very small car that couldn't fit my luggage.
