After-hours returns. Vehicles can be returned outside the opening hours of this hire location. Please enter the Q-Park Mahler via the entrance on Benjamin Brittenstraat, Amsterdam. Park the vehicle in a safe and secure designated parking space on level -3 of the Q Park, in area C. Make sure that the vehicle is locked and ensure that you have gathered all of your personal belongings before leaving. Place the keys in the drop box located next to the office door. No additional charges apply for returns outside the opening hours. Please note, if your after-hours return has not been pre-arranged with the branch, a parking fee of €80 applies. The renter's responsibility for the vehicle and hire charges ends once an employee inspects the vehicle on the next business day.

The only option available for 'actual car model received' was Volvo XC60, but I want to clarify that the actual model was Volvo XC40. The car rental company's service was pretty good. When picking up the car, they pointed out the areas of previous scratches—make sure to take photos of those yourself too. Pickup and drop-off were convenient. The car we got this time was at least 90% new, and the built-in Google Maps navigation was handy, eliminating the need to use phone navigation.
