Please call 0064 99490944 once you have reached the arrivals area at the Auckland airport and have collected your luggage. Our shuttle will pick you up from the Airport. Please look out for a marked Auto Union shuttle bus. For International arrivals: Exit the main terminal and make your way to the Transport Pickup Zone where the shuttle marked 'AutoUnion' will collect you. The covered walkway begins directly opposite the international arrivals area with clear signage to guide you to the transport pick-up zone. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes. For Domestic arrivals: shuttle area is just outside door 8 of Jet Star Terminal. Online check-in is mandatory for after-hours pickups. Ferry Transportation: Not Allowed
Autounion does not allow to bring the rental vehicle to ferry. You will drop off your car at one port and collect another after crossing to the other island. A minimum of 3 days consecutive rental required in each island (If the minimum length of rental requirement is not met, then the rental will be charged as two separate hires.).
Collision Damage Waiver Excess differs by car model:
