Pick-up Instructions

Once you arrive, please call us at +48789737373. After arrival please use the elevator to the upper floor. An AutoUnion representative will meet you with the Autounion sign between platforms 2 and 3. If the pick-up time is close to our closing time, please get in touch with us in advance to confirm the pick-up process.

Drop-off Instructions

When the rental store you choose is a train station, hotel, or bus station, the car delivery and return service will charge 15EURO per service, and you will pay when returning the car.
