The staff asked me to email customer service with the details. Using the email provided by the counter staff, I contacted customer service and provided the receipt. Within a week, I received a refund of 28 euros.

The car rental includes full insurance and consulate-certified translation. The car pick-up process took half an hour without any upselling. During the trip, there were two minor scratches, and upon returning the car, a €120 credit card authorization was applied. The fuel cap only has Italian labels for the fuel type. The trunk can fit two 28-inch suitcases.
