Advice on pick up was in correct. App and comms said to meet in the car park. The service provider was a different company name (Scandia rent) vs the one listed on the booking. So it took a number of phone calls and going to the information point at the airport to collect the car. On the return journey we paid 175 euro to have an alternate drop off location to the pick up, but again multiple phone calls were required to coordinate.

Exit the airport and turn right to the parking lot where a shuttle bus marked 'Auto-Union' will pick you up. Check your order, and if everything is correct, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the car pickup point.

We contacted the company for airport delivery service, and the staff was very friendly and explained all the precautions clearly. However, it felt less formal, possibly because it was a smaller rental company. They didn't ask us to inspect the car’s exterior beforehand, nor did they check it upon return, making the process simpler and saving time. The car was relatively inferior compared to other available options but worked just fine.

The company's service was excellent. The staff patiently explained every detail and gave a general overview of the car's condition. We arrived in Santorini by ferry, and there were staff members holding lists waiting for us as soon as we disembarked.
