Budget Car Rental with Van

Es war der schlechteste Mietwagen, den ich jemals bekommen habe: Scheibenwischer defekt, Tankdeckel defekt, kein Schlüssel mit Fernbedienung, innen sehr schmutzig

El coche en perfectas condiciones. Solamente en el counter de Budget me querían vender todos los seguros nuevamente. No respetaron el contrato con QEEQ. Eso fue un desastre. Por eso no uso normalmente Budget.

The staff were amazing. Best customer service I’ve experienced. Mitchel who served us was attentive, friendly and helpful. Didn’t get the name of the man we dropped the car off with but he was very friendly and dropped us at the terminal as we were disabled. No pushy sales, quick and efficient. Great car. Perfect experience.

予約は、ホンダフィットと同等ということだったが、来たのはマツダの車であった。ただ、走りやすく、高速でも充分な力を発揮していた。 しかも渋滞中でも使えるクルーズコントロールが付いていたので、楽だった。

受け取りに非常に時間がかかりました。 車両は新しく清潔で良かったです。 道中でパンクしましたが、これは道路工事中の区間を走行したときに金属片が刺さったと思われ、車両の問題ではありません。 返却時に駐車場の場所が非常に分かりにくく大変でした。

Although I informed them I had my own sunpass for the tolls and this was confirmed as ok, they failed to mention that the E-Toll they now use is linked to the car and not a box affixed to window. On return home $30+ taken in toll charges which are duplicate to my sunpass charges. Budget are dealing with this and are refunding after sending proof of the payments I had made

I was upgraded to a larger vehicle at no extra cost after I had been in the parking garage No quibble with the attendant on duty he just got on with it as the original vehicle was not available

Un Buick no es un EDGE, yo quería el EDGE, aunq se q me dirán q era “o similar”, pero no me vale El señor que me hizo el contrato fue un 10 de profesional Difícil encontrar el coche El personal de fuera RUDO y con pocas ganas de trabajar El coche tenía golpes Olía a una mezcla de curry con tabaco Warning “LOW OIL ENGINE” y lo único q hizo la señora del delivery fue resetear el warning y que me fuera WARNING low bat remote Etc etc etc MUY MAL EN CASI TODO Y LA ACTITUD DEL PERDONAL QUE PARECIA QUE LE DABA IGUAL TODO

This is my second time renting from this specific location. I actually went out of my way to use this office instead of a closer one because the customer service here is always amazing. The manager is wonderfully accommodating, friendly and makes the pick up and drop off process a complete breeze. Definitely my favourite location for car hires in Pasadena / LA area.

Si bien no tengo nada que decir sobre el coche porque fue 100 % bueno, me llamó la atención el alto consumo de combustible, habiendo sido conducido en condiciones normales.

Twice now used budget and twice the screwed me over on the final bill, always additional charge with no explanation or justification.

It was nice to get the Tesla as a mystery car ...

The car was very noisy and when noticed it was too late and far to return to replace. It appears that had been used extensively before, almost 100,000 miles. I was busy in my business purposes and short in time to call or replace it during the trip Also the size of it was seem smaller and not at the level in the order of mid-size SUV.

The issue at the Budget counter was....we were in Mexico when I booked and Budget had a problem with that...they didn't say why...just the way it was. The lady was bitchy and rude

The questions here on qeeq are very misleading. Somehow it gives a score of 7, yet where is the question about whether I was ripped off or not? On that can I give -10 score? I brought the car back with a full tank with evidence to prove yet they charged me 19 gallons x ~$3.50 x 2 (133 usd) after I got on the plane. Hoping this is an honest mistake but no response from Budget this far. So essentially l my booking cost doubled.

Car was fine, the lady at the pick up counter and other staff were extremely helpful and easily changed my drop off to the JFK site.

Car was a bit tired and hadn’t been cleaned or valeted. However was adequate for our trip and was an upgrade on what was ordered. Desk was helpful and quick once the queue had gone down. Great drop off, parked in one of several lanes, took luggage and handed over keys.

El auto en excelentes condiciones, todo claro al momento de contratar.

Due to a change in plans I needed to retun the car ealy to Cairns on Sunday 25th Feb meaning I am owed a refund for the unused days. I was told at the counter that an updated invoice would be genrated via email. That has not happended at this point. I would like to request a car hire refuen for the unsed days. I was due to return the car on Wed 28th Feb so am owed three days charges.

We waited 1 hour and 15 mins before we even got to the counter. It was an awful experience. The staff at Budget LaGuardia were rude, loud and dismissive. They shouted behind the counter to each other and to customers. The couldn't care less about customer service or satisfaction. I don't understand how they operate on a daily basis.

The car interior was “tired” and not very clean

Quick and easy, counter staff very easy to deal with.

The car was full of scratches and dents, also the driver car mat was ripped.

Agent was very helpful and offered us an upgrade at very good price.

Car was brand new, excellent vehicle. Pick up took a long time - lots of customers and few staff to process the line.

Budget staff realised we might need a 4WD due to forecast snow and were able to provide one. Great service, fast and friendly. Will definitely use again

Car was brilliant - spotlessly clean, great size, fitted 2 large suitcases & golf clubs & 2 small suitcase & 2 humans! Check in staff at the airport were brilliant, efficient and so helpful! Drop-off in the middle of the city was so quick and easy. Would definitely use again

Car windscreen was a little dirty and we ran out of windscreen wash fluid after only one day
