Great staff and services. Value for money! :)
Like: Everything went fine regardless the fact that i don't have credit card; I booked the car via debit card. Most of the car rental company would ask for credit card upon pickup. The staff is very helpful and they are giving their best to speak in english. Don't worry, they can understand and converse in basic english. Car pickup and drop-off is very fast. They also refund the money back to us because we left more fuel compared to the original fuel level when we pickup the car. :) Really glad that I choose this car rental.
Dislike: I think the car itself is a little bit old. We drove it around Jeju Island, and sometimes it squeek. And sometimes when we tried to brake, it suddenly shaking. It terrify us at first but we used to it after first day; hoping that we're not stranded in the middle of no where.

Love the car but...
Like: RAY fits what we need - a car for 2. It is quite spacious for 2 persons if you are travelling with huge luggage. The portable GPS attached with the car has been a great help. Better then waze!
Dislike: We were waiting for more than 30 minutes to pick up our car when the others who came later got theirs within 5 minutes. The car given to us is quite old and very dirty (outside, inside is clean). The passenger's seat buckle in not in good condition.
