I’ve rented with Yesaway every time I travel to Thailand, and their service has always been great—customer support is fast, professional, and efficient. I used to always rent from their Bangkok branch, but this was my first time renting from the Phuket branch. To be honest, this car was in the worst condition I’ve ever gotten from Yesaway. The exterior had several scratches, and the driver’s seat still had dried water marks—felt like the previous driver jumped in after swimming and sat down in wet swim trunks. On top of that, there was a noticeable sweat smell inside the car. I’m still giving a full score because the staff were really friendly, their instructions for pick-up and return were clear and detailed, and aside from the issues I mentioned, the car had no other problems. I’ll continue choosing Yesaway when I come back to Thailand, but I do hope we can get a better car next time.

Anyway, still gotta thank the staff. I booked almost a month in advance and they’d reserved a car that was covered in scratches. I’m not picky about that, but when I opened the door there were tons of ants inside, so I had to ask for a different car, which wasted over half an hour. After that, everything went smoothly.
