Vehicle return location was obscure and staff did not want to help beyond sending us round the block

One thing that we have noticed after 10 kilometers drive from the pick up location, that the gas tank was not full, only 75%. When we have returned the car with a full tank we have reported that and got some cash refund.

We faced one major issue when the ADD BLUE red warning light came on. And we were not aware of this problem. We asked around and googled about it - and wasted a lot of time. We spent 24 Euros, filling the Add Blue - this was not informed and I feel this should not have occurred.

We were not aware that the Zero Access that we bought from your company does not kick in - and that we have to pay for all damages before and then your guys would refund it. I am really not happy about this one. When we pay Zero Access we should not be paying anything at all. This should be seamless for us. Next time we would rather go to Rent Plus rather than you all.

I paid for VW Golf "or similar", but got a Skoda Fabia instead. Service counter insisted this is the same category. I did not had internet yet as I just landed from the flight, so I couldn't verify that. Later, after I checked it I understood I got downgraded. This is a fraud. My tip for others: check which Skoda is in your class before you go there, so they won't fraud and downgrade you like happened to me. The man on the counter was nice, but still in general being fraud made me really mad eventually.
