Everything went pretty smoothly overall, but there was one extra charge I couldn’t quite figure out. QEEQ’s staff jumped on it right away and helped me look into it.

No waiting in line at all – I walked in and got everything sorted right away.

I originally booked a VW T-Cross, but they upgraded me to a Ford wagon, and I was really happy with the car’s condition.

They gave me a brand-new car with only 20 miles on it, and the whole process was super simple and hassle-free.

Overall it was pretty good, but they never told us exactly where to pick up the car, so we had to go back and ask a second time before we finally found it.

They gave us a Mazda 5, which felt pretty cramped, and the power was really weak – even overtaking was a struggle.

The staff at the rental company were all super friendly and really warm-hearted.

The rental company was easy to find and once I showed them the pickup slip, the paperwork was done really quickly. The only downside was I couldn’t get the exact car model I’d booked – this seems to happen a lot. It’d be great if they could actually provide the model you reserve in advance.

Pick-up and return were super quick and easy, the car was almost brand new and in great condition, and the staff were really friendly without trying to upsell anything.

Pick-up was a bit late and the line at the counter was on the long side, but they totally exceeded my expectations by upgrading us to a Freedom vehicle. Returning the car was also super easy.

Staff were professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with. I asked about insurance and once they saw I’d already bought full coverage through QEEQ, they didn’t try to upsell anything, just explained that I’d need to pay upfront if anything happened and claim later. The car itself was so-so, with quite a few scratches, old tires, and it wasn’t very clean. They specifically reminded us to keep it clean or they’d charge a €100 cleaning fee.

Super satisfied—the car was in great condition, connecting my phone was easy, and the turn signal was on the left side just like back home, so it felt really user‑friendly.

Dropping off the car was insanely easy, I was done in like 5 minutes.
