After exiting immigration at San Jose Airport, there was a staff member holding a sign in the waiting area. Once they confirmed our names, they called a colleague to pick us up. The rental office is close to the airport, and the staff handling the paperwork and car inspection were great. You can add an extra driver to the booking; at first they weren’t very clear that the second driver needed extra insurance, so there was a bit of misunderstanding about that, but everything else was excellent. The staff at the return location were friendly, careful, and processed everything quickly, then drove us back to the airport. They gave us a Hyundai Tucson 4WD, which was much better than the car we originally booked. It was very new, clean, and a pleasure to drive.
Absolutely amazing car rental experience. The owner was super warm and thoughtful, and they even offer pick-up and drop-off for both getting and returning the car. They explained very clearly what to watch out for when driving in Japan, and all the staff were really friendly and kind. I’ll definitely rent from them again next time. If you’re coming to Okinawa, I really recommend their cars – they’re not only new but also very fuel-efficient. Drove for four days and only spent about 100 on gas. Totally awesome! ^O^
Got a free upgrade to a brand‑new Toyota RAV4 and it was a great drive. Deposit was refunded instantly. Returning the car just outside the airport to save on parking was super convenient, and they even dropped us off right at the departure level for free. Really thoughtful service! [太阳][太阳][太阳]
They still tried to upsell the super insurance, but we decided to pay a bit extra so we wouldn’t have the $1,000 rental deposit tied up on our card and could add an extra driver. If we’d known this in advance, we wouldn’t have bought the super insurance online and would’ve just added it at the counter to avoid paying twice. The deposit amount is high and the hold lasts for a long time.
Got a Kia Cerato with about 110k km on it over three years old, but it still drove really well. Loved that it had wireless CarPlay and was pretty fuel-efficient too. Staff at the pickup location were super nice—because I wasn’t familiar with the roads I returned the car about 30 minutes late, but they didn’t charge any extra. Really appreciate that!
Super happy with the whole experience. In Tbilisi they even offered free parking, delivered the car right to my door, and gave me an extra half day for free. I could drop it off at the airport and their replies on messages were always really quick.
