Nice experience for a 2.5 week EU trip

Overall review: Simply amazing! Convenient, hassle-free, safe, and reassuring! Before going abroad, I read various posts about 'things to avoid' and 'common pitfalls,' which made me quite nervous, worrying about potential problems—after all, losses of several thousand euros are not a small deal. To my surprise, everything went smoothly. The staff handling pick-up and drop-off were excellent, and the process was quick. I returned the car locally on the evening of July 31, and the pre-authorization deposit was refunded by 1 AM domestic time. The refund was so prompt that I only noticed it days later when checking my account. Honestly, before the deposit was refunded, I was still concerned about the 'issues car rental companies might bring up' mentioned by others, but when the full deposit was returned, I finally breathed a sigh of relief. With that, my European trip concluded perfectly!

Pickup was very quick, existing scratches on the car were recorded, no unnecessary upselling. Car return inspection was straightforward, no intentional difficulties or unreasonable claims.

Local rental company. Booked a Peugeot 3008 but got a compact SUV from Skoda. The car was in good condition, with low mileage. Good power and reasonable fuel consumption. It had CarPlay, which made it convenient for listening to music and using navigation.
