Pickup was efficient, but make sure to thoroughly photograph any scratches on the vehicle during pickup. When I returned the car, they checked the scratches carefully to ensure everything matched.

I chose Schiller for the first time, likely because Hungary is close to Bosnia, ensuring smooth entry into Bosnia. The airport pickup counter staff was professional, refused to use any translation tool (which isn’t allowed), and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. The parking team for car returns was also skilled, polite, and even helped retrieve a forgotten portable speaker left in the car.

The staff was very patient, asking which countries we planned to visit, explaining how to purchase highway tickets and how to access parking lots. There was no pressure to buy insurance, and they clarified it wasn't necessary. Most importantly, their English was excellent, which is rare since many people in Europe don't speak understandable English.

I've rented cars abroad many times, but this was the first time I encountered an issue during return. They first checked the front windshield and underside of the car and then found some damage, which they photographed and showed me. Fortunately, I had full insurance, so the claim process was fast. However, it felt a bit like a setup because we didn't inspect the underside when picking up the car, only the exterior. I also don’t recall any incidents during the trip. Next time, I'll make sure to use my phone to check underneath the car when picking it up. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and the car was in great condition.
