1) Both side mirrors were glazed which made me very difficult to see the view in them. Unsafe driving 2) the fuel level when I picked up the car was not full. The Tamra staff refused to top it up to full.

Everything is fine, however at that time, a staff is not friendly at pickup point. The rest is fine.

There is a US guy that speaks english... he is from NYC. So its a breeze to rent a car here. Careful of the CDW as its pay first claim later type of insurance.

Collecting car process was seamless and straightforward. The rental car was full of scratches that we need to take a video of it as a proof before signing off. When we returned the car, the process was speedy and no major problem.

Love the platform and the promotion given as the price is more competitive compared to other platform.

The car was dirty and not cleaned properly. The windscreen wasn't cleaned properly and was difficult to see through at night. The car condition wasn't great - there were issues with the gear which didn't affect the drive however you could hear sounds when you were turning the steering wheel to the left. The wheel didn't have enough air either. It was a bit of a hassle having to take a shuttle bus from the airport to collect the car. Waiting for the shuttle bus to arrive, and waiting for other passengers took some time.
