I was pleased with their attitude. The communication before the rental (I asked several questions by email) and during pick-up was nice and useful. Car was in very good condition. All conditions were explained clearly. Be aware that Slovenian Vignette fee has to be added to rental price.
Overall, it was pretty good. The deposit was low, and the service was quite decent. As long as you drive normally without any accidents, everything goes smoothly. Just a heads-up, in Slovenia, besides the car deposit, there’s an additional 15 euros highway fee. So, if you encounter this charge, don’t worry; it’s common here to have some extra fees and taxes.
