TO GET TO THE RENTAL CAR SHUTTLE PICK UP AREA WALK BACK TOWARDS THE SECURITY CHECK IN AREA AND TURN RIGHT TO EXIT THE AIRPORT. PROCEED DOWN THE RAMP AND TURN LEFT AT THE CURB TO THE SHUTTLE PICKUP AREA. THE SHUTTLE RUNS TO THE RENTAL CAR LOCATION APPROXIMATELY EVERY 5-7 MINUTES.

DISTANCE: from the terminal to the car lot: approximately 1 mile TIME: allowed for bus ride approximately 8 minutes AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Not allowed.

Everything perfect with hertz except that I paid a full deposit and they gave me only half, after contacting customer service they have returned the amount. Very happy with the rental.

Did not get the vehicle a promised. Got a bigger truck instead and had to spend more gas. They are also charging more per additional day. $46 vs $27 power xtra day.

The woman at the leasing counter was very helpful and polite. She made sure I understood everything and even explained about how the tolls worked. When I picked up the car it was ready and waiting for me. It had a little bit of an odd smell but nothing that we could not live with for the whole weekend. Overall Customer service at Dollar rental was great.
