Please contact the store in advance if you want to pick up the car after operation hours. The extra charge (MYR53) will be charged by the staff at 19: 00-21: 59, and the extra charge (MYR150) will be charged at 22: 00-23: 59. The holidays are open for business. In order to return the car, please ask the staff in advance how to return the car.

quick and no-fuss pick-up and drop off for the car. the staff was very straightforward and showed all visible scratches and dents on the vehicle body, demonstrated all functions are working properly, like the signal lights.

Keddy by Europcar provided good condition car at affordable price. I would recommend other people to book from them. However, considering a lot of people need to pick up the car in the Jb city, the management should consider setting up a car pick point in Jb city.

1. No body attend the counter when arrived. 3 contact phones displayed on counter but hard to get through. Waited more than 30 mins for 1 attendant to show up and serve 2. Car key with low battery. Should ensure good condition before handed over to customer. This created few inconveniences ( eg need to press multiple times for a possible car being locked) during the trip.

The whole experience is great. We paid rm280 for 4 days, which is a real bargain. The car is clean and the engine is smooth. The personnel at the counter was very helpful. Overall, we give it 5 star.

The lady we dealt with at Senai airport on both collection & drop-off was excellent. A great ambassador for Hertz - I believe her name is: Aqilah Fasyhah Binti Tumin. Based on our experience with her; we'd use Hertz again.
