Surprisingly clean and neat car with minimal hassle during pickup and return.

Their hotline doesn’t even work. No one pick up the call when i want to send the car and the services from their staff was bad because they didn’t respond well

The only downside from Europcar was that the car was really old and out dated. We did rent a similar car category from the airport 2 days back and we got an excellent car but this one wasn't great, old, needed a lot of pressure to raise up on the highways. Otherwise the staff at KL downtown was great and the explanation given to us by Tanu (europcar staff at KL downtown) was good too.

The customer service of easyrentcars are exemplary. I contacted them for something and it was well answered with the desired explaination so overall happy with the service, will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The 1k advance fee payment via credit card is a huge amount and will only be refund at a later date. This may only be the downside factor.

Like: Customer representative, Xavier was really helpful in finding out whether I can extend my car lease and helped picked up the car from my hotel.
Dislike: Better signage and direction to the Europcar outlet in KKIA can be improved greatly.
