COUNTER: **Airline Passengers** Located in the baggage claim area. **Local Renters** Customers within the city limits use Exit 78 (Portage Road). Head south approximately 1/2 mile & turn left into the airport entrance. Counter located inside baggage claim area. CARS: Located outside the terminal. RETURNS: Same as pickup. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Allowed only during airport operating hours. Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & keys in the drop box. There is a sign posted on our counter directing customers to deposit keys & contract in the drop box. The drop box is a small opening (mail slot) on the right top side of the counter that drops down under the counter into a locked box.
