Follow the signs to baggage claim. Exit baggage claim and proceed to the Shuttle Bus pick-up area. Upon arrival to the Rental Car Facility, take the escalator or elevator up one floor Please proceed to the Alamo counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys. This locations accepts returns 24 hours a day. We have an agent on returns from 4:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. If returning outside of those hours, park the car in the return lane and leave the keys in the vehicle unlocked. We will close the contract the next morning.Self service kiosks available, no need to line up and wait at rental desk.

Everything was ok but the car's inside windows were dirty making a constant halo with the sun or at night. The trunk still had an old newspaper and water bottles from a previous custommer.

The mid size car we booked was not available, so we were upgraded to a Cadillac. The car was a treat to ride in - so much, we will consider buying one next time we need to purchace a vehicle. Very pleasant staff at the counter. Also, very pleasant vehicle return associate.

I always use Alamo when possible. They are Great. Unfortunatly this time the person outside was unhelpful and the car had not been cleaned inside but the vehicle was very good, so was the gentleman at the security gate.

Like: I was first on line at the counter and had a fast transaction with no attempt to sell me insurance or upgrade or anything. That was refreshing! In the lot, The car type I reserved was out. I was standing in the parking lot not knowing what to do when an attendant asked if I needed help. I explained I needed a hatchback and the Kia Soul was gone leaving only sedans. He instantly apologized and told me to choose any upgrade. I got a brand new Chrysler Pacifica with no upcharge. Great service. I shall return..
