The car was clean and met expectations, although it wasn't the Audi A3 that had been confirmed. Pickup could have been better... the office was closed from 12-1:30, which was not convenient. They also were not helpful in describing where the car was physically parked. Drop off was easy and no problem.

I booked the mini-van based on the description and people and luggage it can accommodate. But when we reached the pickup location, Europcar informed us that the car will be too small for us. Then I had to pay extra to upgrade. The Multi-van that we got was terrible. Too hard to drive and the car seats could not be moved back and forth. Europcar also tried pretty hard to sell their insurance even though I'd bought it from Easyrentcars.com.
