Good service.

The staff had a great attitude. Our English is average, but they patiently explained all the important points to us. The car was in good condition. However, the time taken to freeze the money on my credit card was a bit long. They said it would take 1-2 working days, but it took longer. I hope they can improve on this.

The location for picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient and easy to find. The process was also simple. When returning the car, the staff didn't come out to inspect it; they just took a look from inside. It's a bit strange relying purely on trust in Europe. I booked an Opel station wagon, but it was upgraded to a larger Skoda wagon. The car was new, but it felt bulky and didn't quite match the Swiss scenery.

Excellent customer service. I returned the car to the wrong place, but they just took the keys and let me go. They really trust their customers.

Return location address and direction was terrible, not given exact location Parking number which we found out much later, nothing mentioned on our contract.
