Overall, I am quite satisfied. The car was properly cleaned before given to us. They initially assigned us a different model, but I requested the originally specified boxy car and they obliged. The only downside is that last time in Naha, I rented from Toyota and all cars were hybrids, which felt more eco-friendly and fuel-efficient. However, ABC Rent-a-Car only had gasoline cars.

Overall, it's good, but while the price is cheap, there are many terms and conditions. I bought the collision damage waiver, so I don't have to pay for car damage in case of an accident, but if the car is delayed and can't be rented out to others, I have to pay a 20,000 yen penalty. Haha, I have to be extremely careful.

Easy and fast to pick up the car near Okinawa airport. Service was great, car condition was excellent, and they had a variety of models. Will choose them again next time.

The store is located inside a gas station, making refueling very convenient. The shuttle bus to the airport terminal is efficient and quick.
