QEEQ changed my booking from Eurocar to Times. The Times staff was nice on the pick-up and drop-off but TERRIBLE with their flexibility.

Contact with car rental company was excellent with choices of various social networking app like Whatsapp, LINE, etc. Car model was as booked, though it’s one of the older model with no car play or USB charging port. Pick-up and drop-off was a breeze and staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The pickup location is a 5-minute walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We reviewed the documents and filled out the forms quickly before picking up the car. Returning the car was also fast, as they just checked the fuel receipt.

They managed the queue well, explained the rules clearly, and the procedures were not complicated. They were also patient in answering questions.
