I didn’t get the car I wanted which was the convertible mustang, I instead was given a massive jeep and offered no discount or apologies for this. Customer service guy was so rude and disinterested that I actually felt bad for him. Honestly such a mistake getting my car from here, should’ve gone somewhere else. Also the guy tried to sell extras without revealing full price. He said £7.99 but failed to mention this was PER DAY! So glad I checked the final price before paying and asked him to remove all of the extras.

Counter staff member was not helpful at all I questioned him on a number of things regarding the extra insurance payment he said was essential and he wouldn't release the car with me paying for it. After offered me an upgrade and I refused, he then gave me a Mitsubishi outlander which is a much smaller vehicle than the Ford Edge. When I asked what else was available he said. Nothing. Simple one word answer.

The service at the counter was slow and not professional. Car I was given was not just very very dirty inside and out side but was making a noise. I told this to the lady when leaving the barrier but she only said fill out the form. Didn’t even speak proper English. I rented the car for 2 weeks and had to leave the Las Vegas. I got a headache driving the car. When I was back in alps Angeles I was told go to Burbank Airport Budget/Avis. When I went there I was refused a replacement and told off. I called Budget/Avis Number and I was told To call Recovery team. I said I am standing at on of your branche and the car is making a noise not broken down. I had to ask for the Manager to be heard. Then an Avis Manager at Burbank Airport helped me and changed my car to one that was much cleaner and with no technical issues. His name is Armon and truly a nice and friendly person.

When I rent from EasyRentCars.com I seem to get the worst condition cars at the Rental agency. This happened three times this trip. The cars are just older and the tires are worn etc. Never happened when I went through rental company directly.

So I booked a SUV, but they mentioned it was a really small SUV, but they offered a free upgrade. To a Mustang GT. Which was 200 euros more on the site when I booked, but free upgrade at the desk. After 1 fun day in the Mustang, I realised it wouldn't do for the moving stuff I needed to do. So I went back and they gave me a Jeep wrangler, that was actually the funnest, albeit odd, useful rental I have ever had. Thanks Budget!
