Vehicle Hire Collection T1 Virgin Domestic - Exit outside main door ad wait by T1 Domestic sign. Vehicle Hire Collection T1 International - Exit outside main door and wait at Bus Stand L. Vehicle Hire Collection T2 Tiger - Exit outside and wait by Stand A. Vehicle Hire Collection T3 & T4 - Exit outside and wait at the centre lane next to the rideshare sign. Alternatively, T3 & T4 customers can walk approximately 500 metres from the terminal to the Ace Perth Airport location.

    Service staff on pickup was rude & the 2nd person who attended to us was better. However upon return, service staff was difficult and insist we go top up petrol which was only a few dollars and we exceeded the fuel needle! We bought all insurance cover to zero excess so we feel that there has to be service improvement. Will not rent from Ace again.
