When customers arrive at the Arrivals Hall, after collecting their luggage, they have to leave the Baggage Claim hall and go to the left to take the lift. They have to go up to floor 1 (Departures). When customers exit the lift, they have to go out the last door on the right and wait there for our staff. To get to the office, there is a shuttle bus available between 9:00h and 22:30h. If the shuttle service is not there at this time, please wait a few minutes or contact our customer service department.
