    Worst rental car place. Terrible customer service. So many hidden fees that were not made aware when booking through easyrentcars. Hidden fees cost me just under 100 euros to pick up the car and more hidden fees when dropping it off. Never choose surprice rent a car, its cheap on easyrentcars but they will make their money off you one way or another.

    I was charged €175 for a mark no more than 1mm x 2mm. It was a new car and I was told it had no damage. In dark would not have seen this mark. I have rented with Surprice before and cars were covered in scratches, bumps etc. Though new, the indicator was faulty, gear knob had not been fitted correctly. Never renting from them again

    The car exceeded my expectations as it was upgraded for free. Staff was very friendly & helpful. The only minus was the waiting time for the shuttle car at the pick-up meeting point. Also, it wasn’t possible to get through to the reception to find our how long was the waiting time.

    Staff at Surprice upon returning car were rude and are currently trying to con me over supposed damage damage to car. Currently in dispute. Almost missed our return flight as initially refused to take us back to airport and had to cal a taxi. Spoliled our holiday.

    The car was a great choice because I was expecting a golf size comparable and got a wagon type that was diesel which was an upgrade in my eyes due to fuel prices. The car was pretty much new and I enjoyed it for the 3 weeks. The staff spoke several languages and were knowledgeable and was a smooth process throughout surpassing my expectations. Would book through them again
