Euro Car’s service was excellent. The staff were very patient, and the engineer at return was super friendly, professional and efficient—he checked everything and gave us the result right away. Picking up and dropping off the car at the train station was incredibly convenient. Perfect experience!

When I visited the store a day in advance, I found out that the reservation was for a different store. The staff, knowing my situation, proactively arranged to transfer the car to the nearest store the next day. Great service.
