The company provided excellent service, and the car was in great condition, making it a breeze to drive. When renting, we initially chose Sydney T2 Terminal as the drop-off location. On the return day, we arrived at T2, and the staff proactively asked if we were on a domestic or international flight. Upon learning it was an international flight, they immediately informed us that we could return the car directly at T1 Terminal (for international flights) and gave us the exact drop-off address. This was incredibly convenient, and we're very grateful.

The Harstad pickup spot is at a gas station near the harbor, which is pretty convenient. The process was quick, and the car was easy to drive. You can connect your phone via CarPlay, so no need for a phone holder. Returning the car at the airport was also very easy. Don't throw away the envelope they give you—fill it out, put the keys inside, and drop it in if no staff are on duty.

The airport branch opens as early as 7 AM and allows returns as late as 11 PM.

The location is excellent. Picking up the car at Heraklion Port and returning it to Chania Airport is very convenient, with clear and noticeable signage!

On Maui, we chose an affordable SUV. There are many off-road areas near Hana, and this car was both affordable and functional.

The car rental service at Salt Lake City Airport is very convenient, and returning the car is also hassle-free. As a large company, there are plenty of staff, making the process quick.

The car I booked was the car I got. The staff were friendly, and they let me pick up the car more than an hour earlier without any issue. There were no upselling tactics or unclear charges, and the deposit was refunded promptly. Since I'm not a skilled driver, I chose to purchase the full local insurance. The car was in great condition and easy to drive. One suggestion: avoid returning the car in downtown Paris at all costs—the traffic is absolutely terrible!
