Service at this place was really great, and the location is easy to find. As soon as you come out of the international arrivals exit and follow QEEQ’s directions, you get there right away. The staff handling the paperwork are very professional and efficient, no upselling or hidden fees at all. They clearly explain what charges you’ll be responsible for and ask if you’ve already bought insurance for the car. That’s it—no extra hassles.

Service was excellent, and the staff even told us in advance that going over by 1–2 hours would be totally fine.

Service at the rental company was decent. We arrived late, but the platform still helped contact the rental office and sort everything out so we could pick up the car without issues.

The rental company isn’t actually located inside the airport, so picking up the car was a bit of a hassle. I couldn’t manage to catch their shuttle bus. Would be great if they could improve this setup.

Queued at the airport counter for about 5–6 minutes, they needed the driver’s license and the little registration booklet, but overall the process was pretty quick. The actual car pickup was at another spot: the airport parking lot (same place for drop-off). The original car I booked wasn’t ready, so they switched me to a same-class Citroën. At first I thought the car was just so-so, but after driving it… wow, it felt like a luxury ride (probably because most cars I saw on the road were quite old). When we drove out to the beach it had just rained and the road was super muddy, so the floor mats got a bit dirty, but the rental staff didn’t make a fuss and just took the car back—drop-off was really efficient. As long as the fuel gauge is the same at pickup and drop-off, you’re good. On the highway, the far left lane is for overtaking, and you should move back to the second lane once you’ve passed to avoid blocking others. We drove a total of 2,839 km and paid about 800 RMB in HGS tolls.

Had a really great experience renting a car abroad. The staff were super friendly and proactive, no hard selling, no deposit needed. The car’s condition was clearly documented by email during pickup inspection, and the return process was really straightforward.

When picking up the car, the staff were very patient in walking me through the contract. But since it was a hybrid, when I immediately asked them to show me how to use it and explain the key things to watch out for, their attitude suddenly got a bit impatient. Maybe it was partly the language barrier, but still, I really hope the rental company’s staff can stay patient—after all, we’re the customers.

Pickup was pretty quick, but the line for returning the car was really long. Be extra careful when you pay the highway tolls at return. The staff quoted me a really high amount and I was sure it shouldn’t be that much, so I asked to see the breakdown. Turns out they’d added at least 200 lira by mistake. Always ask them to show you the detailed charges.

They didn’t give me the exact car I originally booked, but I was in a hurry to catch the good weather in Fethiye for paragliding, so I didn’t bother arguing about it. The car itself was fine though.

This was my first time renting a car and it went amazingly well. At Izmir, both the counter staff and the person handing over the car explained everything in great detail, so the whole process was super smooth. The car had only about 1,500 km on it, basically brand new, and the driving experience was way better than I expected. Returning the car was also really quick and efficient.

The staff at the registration window were really unfriendly and had a strong “just doing my shift” attitude. We arrived about half an hour early to pick up the car and they still refused to let us take it, saying we had to wait until the exact time. Funny enough, when returning the car they were totally fine with doing it early. Overall their attitude was just so-so.

The staff at the actual pickup area were much nicer, and the return process there was really smooth. Overall it was a good experience and very convenient.
