If you don’t absolutely have to, I wouldn’t bother going all the way to the airport just to pick up the car — it’s much easier to go to a city branch you find on Google by searching Enterprise. Driving in the Philippines isn’t exactly easy, so I’m really glad I had full insurance. Huge thanks to the staff for preparing all the documents I needed so I could file my claim smoothly. Overall the experience was pretty good, but once we entered the airport, an engine warning light suddenly came on and the car started shaking a bit (before that it had been driving completely fine). I didn’t feel safe continuing to drive, so I just pulled over and waited for the staff to come and help. In the end we still returned the car as normal, but this incident definitely affected the overall rental experience.

Right outside the airport exit there’s a reservation counter, and they didn’t try to upsell any extra insurance the whole time.

Very professional company. I booked a compact (C) but they gave me a 1 Series instead. A bit smaller than expected, but it didn’t really cause any issues. Return process was smooth and the deposit was refunded very quickly.

Pickup took quite a while, and they tried to upsell me to a higher class and extra insurance. The prices were pretty steep so I didn’t go for it.

When we returned the car, we realized we’d left some belongings inside. They helped us contact the right people to look for them and eventually found everything at the car wash area. Super friendly service.

When I picked up the car, the staff told me that since I took it a bit early, I’d need to return it 15 minutes earlier, which I was fine with. But right before drop-off I got an email saying I had to bring it back 30 minutes early instead. No idea what happened—really confusing and annoying.

We got pretty lucky – the car we picked up was almost brand new, came with built-in navigation and a 360° camera, and it drove really smoothly. Returning it was a bit of a hassle though. We did a one-way rental and arrived after the branch had already closed. We’d double-checked with staff beforehand and were told to park in the designated area and drop the keys in the return box. The next day the branch suddenly called asking for the license plate number because no one had passed on the info internally and they couldn’t find the car at first, which gave us quite a scare.

Hardly any waiting at all

Processing was really efficient, and the counter could handle magnetic stripe credit cards. The downside is that for cross-border rentals they force you to buy their own insurance and won’t accept the policy you bought in advance from QEEQ, which makes the process a bit cumbersome. Overall though, the staff were professional, everything was clearly explained, and there were no hidden charges.

The store manager was really friendly and genuinely tried to help us sort everything out, and they were incredibly patient the whole time.

When I picked up the car, the staff proactively helped me set up CarPlay, which was super convenient.

Front desk service was decent. We’d booked the car for 11:30 pm, but even though we got to the branch at 11:10, they still wouldn’t let us pick it up early. The paperwork was quick and easy, but the pickup spot is a bit confusing—you have to walk out of the terminal, cross the road to the parking building, and the signs there aren’t very clear.

The car was great – basically brand new and really powerful. It even felt like there was some steering assist when turning, automatically adjusting a bit so it was easier to handle. I realized the insurance I bought didn’t really cover damage. The guy at the rental counter said if you don’t buy the extra coverage, any damage could cost you over £1,000, but with it you only pay £100 per incident. I ended up adding that on the spot, around £18 per day.

Pickup and return were both super smooth. I showed up over an hour late and asked if I could bring the car back a bit later too. The lovely lady at the counter agreed to give me an extra two hours, and she handed over a very new, super high-tech car that was spotless and filled up. During the rental the tire pressure warning came on, so I went back to the store and they adjusted it right away—everyone there was really nice. Return was also easy. A few minutes after I left, a handsome staff member actually ran out to the street to return the credit card I’d forgotten on the front passenger seat. I was really touched. Big thumbs up!

No hard selling at the counter, which was nice. We originally booked to pick up in Marseille and return in Lyon, but our plans changed and we asked to return the car in Marseille instead—no extra fees at all. The car was in great condition and had CarPlay. Just remember to bring your own cable, and note that the CarPlay port is a regular USB-A if you want it to work. Overall, driving in France felt really relaxing; outside the big cities, it’s actually very suitable for road trips.

Staff at the rental place were pretty nice. Had to wait a few minutes to pick up the car, drop-off was done in about two minutes, so overall I’m really happy.
Booked an RV4 but got a same-class Renault Captur instead. The car felt a bit smaller, but everything else was fine.

I originally booked a BMW X1, but the branch must’ve been out so they upgraded me to a 3 Series. Ended up with a brand‑new car with just over 1,000 km on it, absolutely perfect. Most of the route was on the D400 with lots of curves, and having the 3 Series made it a really smooth and fun drive for our family of three. The only downside was that we had to extend the rental by one extra day due to a change in plans, and that bumped the price up a bit – about 8,000 lira – which felt slightly expensive. Other than that, everything was great.

The car we rented was pretty solid. It fit 5 people and 4 suitcases packed to the max, but the back seats weren’t very comfortable and it burned quite a bit of gas. Aside from that, it was great overall.

Really happy with the whole experience — the car was practically new and handled great.
