Hardly any waiting at all

Processing was really efficient, and the counter could handle magnetic stripe credit cards. The downside is that for cross-border rentals they force you to buy their own insurance and won’t accept the policy you bought in advance from QEEQ, which makes the process a bit cumbersome. Overall though, the staff were professional, everything was clearly explained, and there were no hidden charges.

The store manager was really friendly and genuinely tried to help us sort everything out, and they were incredibly patient the whole time.

When I picked up the car, the staff proactively helped me set up CarPlay, which was super convenient.

Front desk service was decent. We’d booked the car for 11:30 pm, but even though we got to the branch at 11:10, they still wouldn’t let us pick it up early. The paperwork was quick and easy, but the pickup spot is a bit confusing—you have to walk out of the terminal, cross the road to the parking building, and the signs there aren’t very clear.

The car was great – basically brand new and really powerful. It even felt like there was some steering assist when turning, automatically adjusting a bit so it was easier to handle. I realized the insurance I bought didn’t really cover damage. The guy at the rental counter said if you don’t buy the extra coverage, any damage could cost you over £1,000, but with it you only pay £100 per incident. I ended up adding that on the spot, around £18 per day.

Pickup and return were both super smooth. I showed up over an hour late and asked if I could bring the car back a bit later too. The lovely lady at the counter agreed to give me an extra two hours, and she handed over a very new, super high-tech car that was spotless and filled up. During the rental the tire pressure warning came on, so I went back to the store and they adjusted it right away—everyone there was really nice. Return was also easy. A few minutes after I left, a handsome staff member actually ran out to the street to return the credit card I’d forgotten on the front passenger seat. I was really touched. Big thumbs up!

No hard selling at the counter, which was nice. We originally booked to pick up in Marseille and return in Lyon, but our plans changed and we asked to return the car in Marseille instead—no extra fees at all. The car was in great condition and had CarPlay. Just remember to bring your own cable, and note that the CarPlay port is a regular USB-A if you want it to work. Overall, driving in France felt really relaxing; outside the big cities, it’s actually very suitable for road trips.

Staff at the rental place were pretty nice. Had to wait a few minutes to pick up the car, drop-off was done in about two minutes, so overall I’m really happy.
Booked an RV4 but got a same-class Renault Captur instead. The car felt a bit smaller, but everything else was fine.

I originally booked a BMW X1, but the branch must’ve been out so they upgraded me to a 3 Series. Ended up with a brand‑new car with just over 1,000 km on it, absolutely perfect. Most of the route was on the D400 with lots of curves, and having the 3 Series made it a really smooth and fun drive for our family of three. The only downside was that we had to extend the rental by one extra day due to a change in plans, and that bumped the price up a bit – about 8,000 lira – which felt slightly expensive. Other than that, everything was great.

The car we rented was pretty solid. It fit 5 people and 4 suitcases packed to the max, but the back seats weren’t very comfortable and it burned quite a bit of gas. Aside from that, it was great overall.

Had to wait more than 2 hours after arriving at Seville Airport before they finally had a car for me. The car itself was fine, just a bunch of scratches… I took photos of every single one! Staff were reasonably polite and, to be fair, they didn’t push extra insurance on me when they saw I wasn’t interested. They just warned me that a single scratch would cost €1,400, which is insanely expensive – easily the priciest company I’ve ever used. I’m used to paying maybe €300–500 for minor damage. I told them fine, I’ll make sure I don’t give you even one new scratch! The deposit was €300 and it was refunded instantly when I returned the car in Barcelona.
