I was told i would be getting an Audi A6 or something similar but i got a Ford Mondeo instead. When i enquired as to why. I was told its all you had.

The service during the pickup was excellent, with the staff member providing outstanding assistance. Regrettably, my car was involved in an accident caused by another party. I promptly acquired both the police and insurance reports, and the insurance company efficiently handled the situation. The car's front bumper, which is a single piece, sustained damage. Typically, there's a 150 EUR fee for such damage. However, upon returning the car, I noticed an additional scratch on the opposite side of the same bumper. The employee on duty, who was different from the initial one, insisted that I pay for this new damage. Despite my attempts to clarify the situation, he was quite discourteous. Following a discussion with his colleague, he eventually decided to waive the damage fee "just this time". In summary, it seemed like an attempt to unjustly charge me an additional 150 EUR, which I found unacceptable.

Budget was a fair company and help me to resolve any questions.

When we arrive to surprice office, even if we did full insurance, they want to sell us again insurance. And we paid extra 75 euro for 5 days. And they said, if we dont pay they will not rent car to us. It was terrible experience with surprice services.

The store is right across the street from the airport, just a short walk away, and returning the car is directly on the way to the terminal. The car was almost brand new, with just over 8,000 km on the clock. Thankfully it had built-in GPS, because on the last day, right before returning the car, all our phones lost data for no reason—both China Telecom and China Mobile totally failed us—but in the end everything went smoothly. The car had plenty of power for uphill drives too.
