The rental company’s service was really good, and the pick-up and drop-off were handled smoothly.

No complaints with car. It was great. But I was made to pay insurance coverage, despite taking full insurance cover from Qeeq. I have followed up with qeeq for the refund of the insurance but not yet received.

They were already at the airport entrance holding a sign with my name, which was a really nice surprise. Everything went very smoothly and quickly when picking up the car. Both pickup and return were right in the airport parking lot, super convenient. But once you drive out you have to pay a parking fee, and when returning the car there was an extra “hidden” charge because they said the car had to be washed first. There’s nowhere to wash the car around there, so in the end I just had to pay for it… and they didn’t even have change, which made the experience pretty annoying. Apart from that, the car was very new and perfect for a self-drive trip in Mongolia.

The counter pick up was lengthy but the staff were very polite and apologetic.

Super happy with everything—the car was in great condition, and when we had a scratch, the insurance kicked in perfectly. QEEQ has been a huge help when traveling abroad.

Absolutely loved the whole experience. As soon as we walked out of the airport, there was a staff member waiting with a sign, then helping us with our luggage all the way to the car park. The whole process—checking the car, signing the papers, and getting the keys—was smooth and straightforward. The car was on the smaller side, but it fit all our stuff perfectly (one 24" suitcase, two 21" carry-ons, two large backpacks, and two kids’ backpacks). Any more luggage and it really wouldn’t have fit. Later we realized the roads in Mauritius are super narrow with lots of bends, so a small car was definitely the right choice. The people in Mauritius are kind, down-to-earth, and really welcoming, and it’s such a great place for a holiday. We’d love to come back again if we get the chance!

The reserved fuel level was a quarter tank, but it's difficult to return it at exactly a quarter. The online description said the vehicle was four-wheel drive, but it wasn't.

They even sent someone from the rental company to pick us up at the airport, super convenient! Highly recommend.
