The owner was very friendly and provided useful tips for driving locally. Initially, we booked at the airport branch, but since we arrived in the city earlier, we coordinated with the owner and switched to the city branch, which was very convenient. When we had a flat tire on the way, we were able to contact and communicate with them promptly. There were no upselling or hidden charges. Awesome service! We'll definitely choose them again next time.

At the Casablanca airport, a foreign staff member was already waiting outside holding a sign, providing excellent service throughout. The car handover was very quick, and returning the car was equally smooth and hassle-free. The deposit was refunded the day after I returned to my home country.
